Online travel booking nightmares send customers back to Charlottesville travel agents

A recent article gets straight to the point - more and more travelers are having horrible experiences with online travel arrangements and the opportunity for Charlottesville travel agents to attract to clients is like none before.

We have been hearing more stories than usual about the frustrations of online travel engines’ customers lately.

Horror stories about online booking send customers back to travel agents.

How many stories from clients, friends, and relatives have you heard with regard to online travel nightmares.  My guess is you’ve heard plenty.  Yet, why do travelers continue to book reservations online without speaking to a travel agent?

Is it because they’re convinced they’ve already found what they want and it’s just a matter of completing the transaction?  Is it because they have some incentive from an airline, hotel chain or credit card company to book online?  Is is because they think that travel agents are too expensive?

We would love to hear your thoughts.  Fact is, using a travel agents usually costs  less, provides more options, and ultimately serves up great satisfaction for travelers all around.
