I visited another Charlottesville Travel Agent today to discuss their website. It’s hosted by a national travel agency and has a generic feel that provides little if any local flavor.
Quite frankly I asked how people find their website and they said “through our other forms of advertising.”
** Doesn’t that defeat the purpose? **
Why spend so much to set up a website and then spend even more on other forms of advertising to drive traffic? This ain’t 1994!
I guess the average business owner does not truly understand the value of a website and the ability to drive targeted traffic without the use of secondary advertising.
